Arguably the best fish and chips and seafood basket in Australia!  The van also serves homemade pies (curried scallop, venison and seafood mornay), crayfish, oysters and smoked seafood.  For dessert there is a selection of ice cream and a delicious choice of fresh berries and cream.  The van operates from the the last week of September to the end of April.

Port Arthur Lavender – (Free Entry)
Port Arthur Lavender is located on the Arthur Highway – a beautiful waterfront location, a five minute drive from the Historic Site.  Visitors can wander among the lavender fields, browse the extensive range of handmade products in the gift shop and have a coffee and cake or a meal in the Cafe.  The Cafe has an extensive range of Tasmanian produce and is open 7 days a week from 10am – 4pm (offering evening meals until 8pm in January and February: bookings recommended).

Please note Felons Bistro will be closed from 31st May 2017 due to the Visitor Centre Re-development.  The new dining facilities will open in December.
Felons serves quick and tasty meals during the day and doubles as a fine dining restaurant at night.  The dinner menu is contemporary Australian cuisine with beautifully prepared and presented local produce accompanied by an extensive wine list.                                      To avoid disappointment make sure you book for dinner PH: 1800 659 101.

The Waterfront Cafe is a licensed restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as coffee and cake throughout the day.  The menu is Modern Australian featuring seasonal dishes and regular favourites.  There is also a gallery displaying works by local artists and craftspeople.
